Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coach, Manager, LRM Signup

This is a free registration and no refunds will be given if you aren't selected as a Coach or Locker Room Monitor.

Saints Clinic Registration

No refund as this is part of the registration costs for the Association.

Salute to Hockey Tournament

No refunds will be given unless team finds a replacement up to 30 days prior to the start of tournament.

Warrior Clinic Registration

No refund as this is part of the registration costs for the Association.

WSPHA Registration

Refunds: Squirt/10U through Bantam/15U If for any reason, a player decides not to participate in the West St Paul Hockey Association Program (this includes being selected to play for a high school program) a player may request through the Director of Hockey Operations a refund for some of the fees paid. The refund will be all funds paid minus a $275 administrative/ice time fee. All refunds need to be requested prior to December 1, 2026. Fees paid to Minnesota & USA Hockey are non-refundable. Mini-mite & Mite players who quit before December 1st will receive a full refund of their WSPHA fees. Fees paid to Minnesota & USA hockey is non refundable. There will be no refunds for requests made after December 1st, 2026
