Reschedule/Change of Ice Time
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We look forward to a successful 25-26 season. Know that scheduling ice is not a simple process and there are many circumstances. We have and will continue to follow the guidelines that we have put into place. With that being said ice time is in high demand and it is ever changing so keep your eyes on the schedule.
- Away Scrimmages- If you have a scheduled shared practice and will be having an away scrimmage please notify the team manager of the shared practice right away so that the team can arrange a scrimmage. Please also e-mail the ice scheduler so that updates can be made to the scheduling software and Crossbar is correct. (the scheduling software connects with CrossBar)
- Personal/Team Requests-Due to the high demand of ice we cannot take personal or team requests.
- Dryland- We do not schedule dryland. If you have practice at WSP you are able to use the facility. Note that the high school teams practice (on ice) from 3:00pm-6:15pm daily and they also utilize the dryland facility during that time.
- Game Changes: If there is a game conflict the team manager needs to connect with the other team manager to establish multiple dates that work. If the game is a home game, connect with the team away manager on three dates that work for both teams, then send an email to the WSP Ice Scheduler who will let you know what is available. SAINTS Managers/ the WSP ice scheduler is only responsible for U12 games. Whatever team that is requesting the game change will need to pay the fee. More information on the District 8 website.
