Pizza Fundraiser

Welcome to our 2026 Heggies Pizza Fundraiser! Our goal this year is to sell 2,800 pizzas.

All travel players are required to sell pizzas. Requirements are as follows:

Single player family: 20 pizzas

Multiplayer family: 30 pizzas

Only the amount of travel players is counted.

There is a buyout option if you choose not to sell pizzas with amounts noted below:

Single Player Family: $200 buyout

Multiplayer Family: $300 buyout

Each family will submit a single payment to the association by Dec 1st at midnight for pizzas sold or the buyout amount. Payment can be in the form of check made out to WSPYHA, cash or venmo @wsphockey. The player will collect payment from the buyers (directed to player) and can choose to either collect payment when the sell the pizza or deliver the pizza.

An email to the registration email should have been received on 11/7 from ellen@heggiespizza.com

with instructions for how to set up your online sales page. Please check your spam if you have a travel player and have not gotten an email. Currently Heggies does not have the option to submit payment online. Instruct your buyers to send you a payment via, cash, check or cash app. ONLY ONE PAYMENT FROM EACH FAMILY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Multiplayer families can choose to sell under multiple accounts but will need a separate email for each account. Please email Tina if you would like to have your account set up this way.

You can still use a paper sheet to sell and then enter that information manually into your on-line portal. Paper sheets are located below.

• Start selling: Nov 7th

• Last day to sell/payment turn in: Dec 1st WSP rink 7-8pm.

• Pizza pick up: Dec 16th 5:30 - 6:30pm Mendota Elementary

All players who sell pizzas will be eligible for cash prizes. The family who sells the most prizes wins 1st place. Payment will be received at pizza pick up.

• 1st place: $500
• 2nd place: $250
• 3rd place: $100

Pick-up is Dec 16th from 5:30-6:30PM. It will take place in the BUS PARKING LOT (farthest north lot of the parking lot).

There is no storage for pizzas which are not picked up. Please arrange with a friend or family member if you cannot make it at this time.

***Please do not come pick up your pizzas before 5:30 pm, even if you have a child you are picking up from SAC as pizzas will not yet be counted.
