Pizza Fundraiser

All WSPYHA families are welcome to participate in the annual pizza fundraiser. However, only travel families are required to. Requirements are listed below.

• 1 travel skater
• 20 pizzas sold or
• $150 buyout

• 2 or more travel skater
• 30 pizzas sold or
• $200 buyout

This year all families will receive an email to set up their online store. There will be just one store/email address per family. There will be no paper ordering forms.

Online ordering does not include payment. See payment instructions below.

NO INDIVIDUAL PIZZA PAYMENT OR CASH ACCEPTED!

You will need to provide one check made out to WSPYA for the TOTAL amount of pizza that you sold. There is also an option to venmo the total to @wsppizza. You can have buyers pay you in whatever form you prefer (venmo, check, cash, etc, but should be made out to the parent guardian not the association)

Example: you sell 10 cheese pizzas for $12/pizza and 10 Pepperoni pizzas for $12/pizza. You have sold a total of $240. You will write one check for $240 to WSPYA to provide on Dec 1st. You will not provide $60 cash and 3 different checks for $60 each.

Below is an example of what the players store will look like at the end of selling. You will write a check to WSPHYA or venmo to the association for the amount circled in red.

All payments must be received by Dec 1st. Payment drop off will be Dec 1st at the WSP rink from 5:30-7.

• Start selling: Nov 1st

• Last day to sell/payment turn in: Dec 1st WSP rink time 5:30 - 7:00.

• Pizza pick up: Dec 17th 5:00 - 6:30pm Mendota Elementary

All players who sell pizzas will be eligible for cash prizes. The player who sells the most prizes wins 1st place. Payment will be received at pizza pick up.

• 1st place: $500
• 2nd place: $250
• 3rd place: $100
