Mouthguard update

Minnesota Hockey has amended Rule K to require that mouthguards be attached to the helmet or facemask. The purpose is to enhance safety by ensuring players are wearing mouthguards, and that they do not become a hazard on the ice.

The rule now reads, "All Squirt/10U and older players, including goalkeepers, are required to wear a colored (non-clear) internal mouth piece which is securely attached to the players helmet or facemask, which covers all remaining teeth of one jaw, customarily the upper."

Please ensure that your player is ready for the upcoming season with a mouthguard that complies with the rules.
